I also tried to access control panel using the link: https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/happymeskincare.com but still no access. I tried to reset password using the domain verification process but still no access. I can't post a service ticket or call because I don't have access to my PIN # from the control panel.
We need this issue resolved immediately. This is very BAD. We received no communication that the account will be disabled. If this is some billing issue why can't I just login to the control panel and sort it out? I would never recommend google apps to anyone again.
