Maybe you guys previous-life Lotus experts out there can help me out.

After installing, configuring and starting a migration from a Lotus Domino mail server using GAMLN all the user's messages in the Lotus Notes client changed to unread status. The migrated messages in GMail kept the original status. The problem is consistent with all the users we try to migrate. The weird thing is that no error message shows up in the GAMLN detailed logs and nothing seems wrong in the "Migration errors" or "Processing Failures" menus of GAMLN admin database.
