Hi Angela,

3 of our user accounts are suspended and we just shifted to barely a week. These users do not send out spam and they have not even use the accounts yet. Can you please advise? There is no option for me to enable those accounts back.

Any particular reason why they have been suspended when they have not even really start to use the account? Would appreciate your help ASAP as they need to work.
