We are also seeing similar results since the new GADS 3.06. It also wants to delete and recreate our OU's. It also altered ALL of our users google passwords, suddenly every users phone ipad, outlook, google talk, ect... failed authentication at the same time! This was a MAJOR problem for us, and not a fun day. We rolled back to version 2.16 until we can resolve these issues with Google support. We are very skiddish to run GADS right now. Google needs to do a better job when updating such a sensitive utility like that, when major behavioral differences are implemented. We have updated half a dozen times and this is the first time something like this has happened.
