If you are paying for the services, you FIRST have to contact them to cancel your paid services.
If you are just asking how to remove them from your Google Apps domain, you can do that through the Control Panel: On the Dashboard, scroll the bottom. You will see the Markeplace apps you installed. Click on the one you want removed, scroll the bottom, click 'Delete Application"
REMEMBER, THAT THIS DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR SERVICE (IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR ONE)... It just removes the application from Google Apps.
