Having the same problem with my domain.
I've done this plenty of times in the past but this seems to be associated with the switch to the new Google users mode.
I am certain that my domain settings are correct - but seriously doubt that this even has anything to do with it, since the error shows up before even choosing the method of authentication... I just click "Continue" on the page it says "we can walk you through this process...."
HELP!?
