Trouble with Charge for canceeled Google App Domain

Domain Name: casatusg
I signed up for a Google app account for a domain
casatusg.org for my office on February 10. My staff and I decided that the program did not
work for our needs, so we cancelled it the same day. I received the following
email on February 10: "
Your account has been
suspended because your domain will be deleted in 4 days. If you did not intend
to delete your domain, please log in to your account
immediately to change this. Your users will be unabloogle Apps for
Business services until you take this action.
Hower, my p-card was charged $10 on March 5, even though I
cancelled the account.
I am unable to reach Google apps support either via email or
phone since a PIN is required for any communication, which I have no longer
access to. When I try to access the account, I get the following message in the
web browser: " Google Apps - Server error Server error
Sorry, you've reached a login page for a domain that isn't
using Google Apps. Please check the web address and try again."
Any suggestions on how to reach somebody who can help me resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
