Hi, Sorry to say that but technical support for Google Apps Reseller is very very poor, I'm not satisfied at all with it !! Almost each time I've opened a ticket, the answer was useless, they're only asking st*pid questions again and again...and I'm simply loosing my time. For example last time, I had to find a solution by myself for an account that was locked for no reason, I've unlocked it with the following URL (found on Internet) : https://www.google.com/a/yourdomain.com/UnlockCaptchaThe technician don't even know about it, this is a google URL, how is it possible !!!?
