Google Apps Sync should attempt to log in and then display UI asking for your credentials again when it fails. I'll pass along this thread to engineering to see if they can reproduce the issue.
To delete the incorrect password directly: On the Start Menu, under Google Apps Sync run the "Delete saved Google Apps Sync passwords" tool. You can select the Outlook profile you want to remove the password from. When you launch Outlook again it will prompt you for a new password. |
