Generally, I'm not sure what you would want to hide from a client?
I have two sorts of clients, those that want access (and normally have access before I came along) and those that wouldn't even know how to log-in.
I feel, in principal, if you hide things from a client, if you get caught out, trust will be lost and you will probably loose the account.
If you don't hide things, but try to carefully explain why an issue or situation (that you perhaps initially felt needed hiding) occurred and what the plan of action is, you gain respect in their eyes and they are more likely to remain loyal. |
