There is a link at the bottom of the analytics interface that says Old Version
As for the language, if you log into your google account.. click on the gear at the upper right of the interface to the right of your email address.. and select search settings.. Select the Languages option from the left pane and set the option Which language should Google products use? to your preferred language Then below that, also set your search results to the preferred language
