We have a client who was previously serviced by another party. The
client did not have admin access to their analytics account and when
they requested, they were made a user so they could see reports. They
then asked again to made an admin on the account and this was the reply: The (client) profile
is part of an account that contains 50 other client web sites.
Google does not currently provide a way to give a user admin access to a single
profile, only an account. I can not do that because the account contains sites
in addition to (client) If/when Google starts allowing me to move a
profile from one account to another I will gladly do it and provide admin
access to that account at that time.
Questions:
We
were sort of left scratching our heads because we didn't think this was
even possible. Is it? And then if it is, is there any action we can
take to so the client can recover admin rights to their data?
thank you in advance. |
