I am having a similar problem as dszendzi and maxpower19. We have been running google for about a month and on December 4-5th the reporting fell apart and is under reporting by about 75%. We are hooked into our AdWords account and also run Omniture (GA is mostly used to vet Omniture). GA is only reporting on search pages?! We use a global footer and I can see that the JS code is on every page and don't see any JS errors that would block the code from firing.
