Hi,
 My concern is not that "My application has got rejected". It is that, i am not able to re submit the application for Ad Sense account. I am providing the series of actions took place.

On < 8/23/2008 : Submitted the application to sign up for Ad Sense for some blog(I don't even remember for which blog).

On 8/23/2008 : Received a mail stating that,  "unable to accept the application for Adsense account". I am not bothered about it.

On 4/4/2012 : I visited the mail which was sent to by Adsense on 8/23/2008 stating the rejection of application. I saw the statement "To update and resubmit your application, please visit https://www.google.com/adsense?hl=en_US and log in using the email address and password you submitted with your application." I visited the link "https://www.google.com/adsense?hl=en_US" by thinking to re submit the application. When i visited the link "https://www.google.com/adsense?hl=en_US" straight away it gave me a message

It couldn't let me re submit the application at all. I left with no option. If i want to sign in or sign up for Adsense account i am getting the same message

I mentioned in the previous post that, i want to go for Adsense account for the blog "http://developersofjava.blogspot.in/" but Google Ad sense does not know that i am going for Ad sense account for "http://developersofjava.blogspot.in/" because it didn't let me to re submit the application.

When i visit the link to re submit the Ad sense account application for "http://developersofjava.blogspot.in/", it should let me let me submit the application rather saying

because it does not know to which blog or website i am going to activate the Adsense account

I feel some thing went wrong in my case for Adsense account.
