So I tried monetizing my Youtube channel, brought me to AdSense application, and I didn't notice it used my old url in the app. I got denied because of the domain and now monetization is disabled for my account.

I just want AdSense for Youtube, not for a personal site. is this possible? If so, how can I get the monetization option back?
