Adsense disabled because of content, why all of a sudden?

I know some prude probably reported my site but i don't even recall enabling adsense for it to begin with but i got some email telling me that adsense had been disabled because of "adult content".  I wonder at this as they seemed to pinpoint one item in particular on my site (oddly enough it was the one item that got the most audience views) and proceeded to say that the material violated their terms and policies.  Strange, seeing as the whole site violates that policy, which is why i didn't have adsense enabled to begin with.  Blogger would not let me enable adsense for that site from the beginning because of the mature content warning.  I'm left wondering if some nerd hacked my account and enabled adsense some how without my knowledge just to get me into trouble.  I'd like this looked into because i do not want adsense disabled for my other sites that do not contain "adult content" based on this silly "offense".  What really gets me is that at the end of the email they thank you for your cooperation like you were even given a chance to cooperate.  They disabled it (i didn't know i had it to begin with) and i had no idea until i got an email today.  They didn't even give me the opportunity to see if some nerd had attacked my account.  Also, trying to get a hold of a real live human being is ridiculously difficult.  I remember the days when you could email your problem to a customer service rep and they didn't send back an automated message.  I also remember not needing to be re-directed to some forum to publicly display my problem.

EDIT--6/21/2012:  I am now certain that i absolutely did not EVER enable adsense for twistedwickedtales (if you click the link below in the email, the content has a very MATURE RATING, the writings are obscene, so if you are easily offended, DON'T click it).  I want this looked into and i want to get a hold of a person with a brain to help figure this out because i don't want this putting my other sites that DO have Adsense enabled at risk.  I do fear that the account was hacked by some nut/nerd.  Again, i never enabled adsense and blogger would not let me enable it for that site.  The writings for that site have been the same since day one and an Adsense application would not be accepted even if i sent one in.  So how the bloody h*** did Adsense get enabled for that site??????
