I registered with adsense a LONG time ago with a different email address, and I set up a blogger account and started blogging and I want to use adsense on that account with this new email address, but Google won't let me because I already have an old approved adsense account.  I never used the old account, and I know I need to put the code from that account on my blogger page, but I can't find the code!
