They certainly do have a help center.
Why can't one sent them emails?
Cause if they had to spend their time answering the millions of questions that already have been answered in the help center, they'd never be able to get anything else done
Why don't they respond on the many complaints on their forums?
The forums are not handled by Adsesense staff. It's a peer help forum.
