the commun point is that they used the new interface before they reached 10$
i got the same probleme
i reached 10$ in 10 december , and i still can't change payement methode because it is displayed that i didnt reach 10$.
also  i can't see the red message which say that your paiment is blocked.
now , after 10 days , i still get this probleme.
so i decided to use google analytic to see more statistic
at the end , i have found that all the clicks are ignored in google analytic
