Sites with Google ads may not include or link to:
Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others
(Emphases added)
Note that it talks of sites not pages, and it prohibits not only the inclusion but linking to materials that infringe on the legal rights of others (copyright infringement).
Furthermore, there is an evident emphasis on originality and uniqueness both in Google search and AdSense, so I think you'd be well-advised to create a site with 100% original contents. |
