1. On what precise grounds was my site disabled?Google will not give out the exact mechanism that they use while monitoring an account and disabling it when needed. So no one can answer this with 100% accuracy. What we say here is what we have understood from experience but no official basis is der...Reason is "risk of generating invaild clicks". No one can tell u how has this risk come into existence.
2. When did the alleged violations occur?
You should know this yourself. Like if u drive traffic from facebook. That was a violation. We here cant know. N i dont think google will tell u as they have not put out their mechanism.
3.Did they occur all through the two years of my Google Adsense partnership on www.rustycompass.com? If so, why did Google continue to run ads up until the time came to make a payment without once alerting me to the alleged violations or providing an opportunity to address Google concerns? Google monitors accounts constantly...But at time of payment accounts are screened thoroughly. So this can lead to such situation.
5. What processes if any, does Google have to protect legitimate publishers from scurrilous invalid activity generated by a hostile third party with the intention of sabotaging a site's relationship with Google or for some other improper benefit? We as a publisher are responsible for all the invalid click activity. We need to keep a check on our account. However, very small fraction of people has lost their account due to click bombing.
6. Does Google have any regard for the concept of "good faith" in commercial relationships? I have categorically stated in all documentation relating to this disabling that I have at all times sought to act in accordance with Google's conditions. I would be happy to be face any reasonable scrutiny to prove this. There has never been any action taken on my part to encourage invalid site activity. If a violation has occurred, it has occurred unintentionally and without malicious intent.
It is not important that it occurred unintentionally or intentionally...thing is that it occurred and google bot flagged ur site and rest was done by computer at google office. Account disabled.
