I don't see how this is a solution, knowing that my parents don't own any website or YouTube channel.

Unfortunately, it is the solution for getting an adsense account when you aren't 18. There isn't much else they can do because the channel belongs to someone who is underage for Adsense. Every Google product you use is linked together under one Google account and the information from one product (like a YouTube channel) applies to all products under the Google account associated with it. A minor can't sign a legal agreement or the agreement is invalid.

I'm sorry but to my knowledge there isn't any other way to do this. Depending on how old you are and where you live, it could be worth setting up a blogger blog for one of your parents under their Google account and writing it yourself.

You need original content (nothing copied) - just because the blog account and name are in your parents, doesn't mean you can't write it. Yes, it's work, but you earn money for work so sometimes you have to do a little work to get where you want to go.

If you live in one of the countries that doesn't require a six month wait to apply with a blog, you could have enough content in a month or two to apply with the blog under your parents account. Of course, you should ask one of your parents before doing that.
