I too applied for AdSense account directly before getting approved from the YPP and now it gives me an error saying
"The AdSense account for this publisher has been disapproved. We do not allow requests on a disapproved AdSense account."

Issues:
- Difficult site navigation

How can I reapply my adsense account?
