digdugdog you are violating someone elses copyright law. Your traffic belongs to someone else, so do your earnings. No matter if you took time to translate or subtitle it, it is not yours to do so without permission of the owner. If you didn't ask for permission, you basically stole from someone else. If you have permission you can show youtube the proof and that should sttle it.
