You can use videos on a website as a reference in an article you've written, but you can't just pull a bunch of videos (particularly using some sort of script) off YouTube and embed them, and then expect to make money from that content. YouTube doesn't allow you to do that for commercial purposes, and a site monetized with ads would be a commercial purpose.
