How long does it take to get the PIN to be posted to Singapore ?

Hi ! system shows as the Pin was generated on 20/05/2012. My postal address is all correct . But todate , I have not received the PIN number.  Normally how long does it take to reach Singapore ? I am kind of worried . Existing Ads are appearing but new ads are not showing anymore .
