Ok, I believe the issue is because my business partner setup the DFP account and then gave me access.  This is why I have no track record of the AdSense account.  So if I understand this correctly, the DFP account required an AdSense approval?

If this is the case, then my partner should of received AdSense account info for our DFP account?
