I can see no message regarding it being disabled.  As far as I can tell, it's enabled but no ads exist on any sites (I removed them from the site) since the payee info is wrong.

Again, this would be SO much easier if someone could just release my Email addresses and leave that account that is attached to me old partner's account.  This could probabaly be solved in 10 minutes over the phone.  How many days has this already gone on?
