I have uploaded videos often. I keep getting "unable to convert video file" regardless of which browser I use. Help! tomfarrell54 11/17/11 10:12 AM I have tried probably a dozen times to upload a wmv video that is on my computer.  I have tried using IE, Firefox 8 and Chrome.  I keep getting the same error over and over saying: "unable to convert video file."  The wmv file plays fine on my comput

Help! tomfarrell54 11/18/11 8:40 AM David, I am running Windows XP Professional so I cannot download Windows Movie Maker.  You said in your answer that I had a video encoding problem.  The file is already a WMV file.  It plays fine on my computer.  It just won't upload to You Tube.  I

Help! rewboss 11/18/11 9:09 AM If you have Windows XP, you should have Windows Movie Maker already installed in your Accessories folder. What program did you use to create the WMV file?

Help! tomfarrell54 11/18/11 9:15 AM I created the wmv file using Go to Webinar.  It plays automatically using Windows Media Player.  Should I re-create the video using Windows Movie Maker?

Help! tomfarrell54 11/18/11 12:20 PM I have uploaded videos created from Webinars on Go to Webinar before with NO problems.  This one won't upload.  I keep getting the "unable to convert video" error message despite using every browser out there.  Any ideas?  Thanks, Tom
