I would like to have the possibility to view (not sync) and edit my exchange calendar in Google Calendar.
Pretty much the same functionality you can see in iPhone.
Operating system (e.g. WinXP): WIndows7
Program and version you use to access Google Calendar (e.g. Internet Explorer 7 or Outlook 2003): MS Outlook 2003
Any Sync software you're using or have used (e.g. Google Calendar Sync):
If you're using the non-Apps version of Google Calendar (accessing from google.com/calendar/render) or you're on Google Apps:
If you have any Labs (and which ones) or Offline enabled: No

I'd like to vote for this one too, and see the level of interest at http://www.quora.com/Google-Calendar/How-can-I-view-a-Microsoft-Exchange-calendar-in-Google-Calendar
To be even more pointed, I want the functionality I have in the Android Calendar app, i.e. I want Google Calendar on the web to act as a proxy UI to a corporate MS Exchange calendar. Syncing the data via ActiveSync (like Android does) is fine as a means to achieve that, but on-demand WebDAV API calls to an external OWA server in real time when the user is actually interacting with the GCal web GUI (c.f. early versions of Evolution's Exchange plugin) with some basic short term caching and a refresh button would get the job done without any additional infrastructure.
