What's the issue you're experiencing?
For some reason the address changed on one of our google places (if you search "Esbjerg Sygehus"). Thus patients, some acute, are mislead to a wrong address. Thus this is very urgent, and we are deperate to have the address changed to the correct one - as soon as possible.
I've tried 4-6 times to edit the address, but when waiting for pin# on phone, nothing happends. Problably because our head phone number has a waiting line, so the automatic call from google is been processed and pin# being mentioned in phone while its on hold/waiting line. So nobody gets the pin#.
We tried so many times, and now I only have option to send the pin# by post card which will take up to 3 weeks. We can't wait 3 weeks.
So I was hoping I could get the pin# on my phone number 7918 2024.
Thanks in advance.

Someone on our team was able to fix the address -- hopefully that will suffice until you can have a postcard mailed to you for verification.

If you are actually fixing issues, can you please look into mine? http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/business/technical-issue/MtMIU3DWcgE

Does an issue with your listing impact the health and safety of others?
|geeks2you||8/27/12 6:00 PM|
So you are saying that because they are in the healthcare industry, they matter more than another business? Just because my business is in a different industry, doesn't mean it isn't important. They 'couldnt' wait 3 weeks... I've been waiting 6 months! I find it rather rude that the only answers I get are that there is no timetable for when it will be fixed, yet they can have their issue fixed in 5 hours. It probably would take someone a total of 5 minutes to fix my issue. Yet no one is even willing to handle it. This is very wrong. Yes, we don't impact the health and safety of others. We only impact the health and safety of computers. So I have waited my 6 months... Haven't I paid my dues yet?

marc, Kaleh did not mean to you're issue is not important at all, Google just has to resolve issues like that. It's the way it is.
|Kaleh||8/27/12 7:02 PM|
Thank you, Keenan ... you are right ... I was not implying that others' issues aren't important. Imagining myself in the position of an acutely ill patient (and their family/friends), attempting to quickly get to the nearest emergency medical facility, it makes sense to me that Google would make fixing something like the address of an emergency medical facility a priority.
That said, my heart goes out to business owners who have suffered a loss of business and income as a result of problems with their listings on Google. I am just as interested in seeing Google get these issues resolved as the next person is.
So, Marc, accept my apologies for appearing to be unsympathetic to your plight. I'm really not unsympathetic at all. I suspect that you are only one of many, in a very long line of people, who feel that it is their turn for priority service. I'm just not convinced that Google has the resources to be able to offer that to everyone.

Thank you for clearing up the confusion Kaleh. I am just very frustrated. This is the place where everyone gets to voice their problem. And quite frankly, yes there are lots of posts, BUT there aren't too many people actively campaigning to get their issue resolved. If a Google employee just spend an hour or two a day fixing the problems for the active campaigners, it'd be a lot nicer around here. If you don't have the resources to handle all the service tickets, then you just go after the ones that are screaming the loudest. Makes sense, no?

Kaleh does not work for Google and contrary to the name implied this is not Google tech support.
This is a community of regular folks, just like you, who VOLUNTEER their time and experience for FREE to try to help people resolve their issues. Without them, navigating these waters would be treacherous.

Thats all fine and dandy, but several posts above is from a Google employee that fixed someones issue. I'm hoping one of them sees my posting and decides to throw me a bone.

Thanks to google for responding to my alert promptly. A seasonal occurrence it seems.
@geegs2you I am doing my best to help you in your thread despite not writing American English.
