Both organic and referral mediums are showing up, plus when source is selected it shows source as a number of other sites including Bing, Talk Talk, AOL...

I was able to (mostly) get around it by selecting Paid Search traffic out of my Advanced Segments. There are still a lot that show as not set but that has always been the case.
