Welcome! In this community, you can find answers to your questions about Google Chat in Gmail, iGoogle, orkut and video chat. While you're here, build karma by answering the questions of others. Google employees (noted with 'Google Employee' beneath their posting name) will be popping in to help answer questions and post announcements. If you still haven't found your answer and need help, take a look at our posting guidelines and then you're ready to post! Make sure to include specific descriptions of the issue you are reporting and any steps you've taken.

If your question is regarding a technical issue, please check out the following TIPS before posting your question/issue:
- Did you try another browser? Did you clear browser cache & cookies? Did you try disabling all browser extensions/add-ons?
- Did you try manually updating the plugin?
- Do you meet the minimum requirements?
- Did you check out our Known Issues page?
