Here's an example of a 720p video we've uploaded that looks great: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8LISMa29Dw#t=26
Here's is a test from some 1080 footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GucLwj40mQA
For comparison, here's a frame from the video file that I uploaded to youtube: http://i.imgur.com/skNwe.jpgAnd here's the same frame on youtube itself: http://i.imgur.com/dS5QF.jpg
This difference map provides a telling picture of the quality difference in our example frames: http://i.imgur.com/5yBlT.jpg
The export settings I'm using in Premiere are as follows: 1920x1080 square pixelsNTSC standardH.264 formatProfile: highlevel: 5.1Render at maximum depth
VBR 2-passTarget 43 (MBps)Max 52 (MBps)
Use Maximum Render QualityUse frame Blending
I've tried turning off Maximum Render Quality and the other options, but nothing seems to work. The file looks great on my computer when I play it with windows media player, but when I upload it, the quality is decreased very noticeably.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated! If you need more info, let me know.
